Help with your future bills

Thanks for your payment! You should be active straight away, but sometimes it can take up to 2 hours. You may need to turn your phone off and on again before it works.

We do appreciate that it can sometimes be tricky to manage your monthly payments. And here at Three, we'd really like to do what we can to help make sure this doesn't affect your service or credit rating. We've pulled together a couple of helpful options below to help give you some peace of mind. 

If you’re a Device plan customer and you’d like to set up a Direct Debit or change your details, then please get in touch and we’ll be able to help.

Set up a Direct Debit

How does saving a fiver a month sound? If you're paying your bill over the phone, by cheque or online, just switch to Direct Debit and get a monthly discount.

Paying by Direct Debit is easy. We'll take the balance from your preferred bank account on the same day each month and you never have to worry about paying your bill. You get your £5 off automatically every month and you're protected by the Direct Debit guarantee.

Switch to Direct Debit payments anytime you like using the Three app – just download it from your app store. You can also use My3 if you're using the web, or give us a call on 333 (free from a Three phone) and we'll help you out.

Change your payment date

It might be as simple as changing the date you pay your bill to something that suits better. If so, this is super-easy to do. Either get in touch with us, or use the Three app to change your details without the hassle of queuing.

Change your plan

Running out of data all the time? Buying Add-ons to get you through to the end of the month? Constantly getting a bigger bill than you signed up for? It could be that your existing plan just isn't cutting it any more.

You might actually save yourself money by moving onto a higher plan. First of all, why not take a look at your current plan? If you think you need to switch plans, you can do it online or through the Three app.
