Setting up and changing card payments

What types of card payment are there?
There are a few options available when it comes to paying your airtime bill by card. You can:
- Set up a recurring card payment
- Make additional or one-off payments
- Use Apple Pay or Google Pay
What’s a recurring card payment?
Also known as an automatic or regular card payment, recurring card payments let you pay your airtime bill automatically every month.
Your monthly payments are taken using a saved credit or debit card on an agreed date.
What’s more, you can save £5 a month if you pay this way.
How do I set up or change a recurring card payment?
You can set up a recurring card payment using My3 or the Three app.
My3:
- Log in to My3
- Go to Account then Manage payments
- Select View details then Edit/Add and follow the on-screen steps
Three app:
- Log in to the Three app
- Go to Account then Account settings
- Go to Regular payments then Change payment method
- Select Automatic card payments and follow the on-screen steps
Can I make an additional or one-off card payment?
Yes, you can make one-off or additional card payments towards your airtime bill. You can do this by logging into My3 or the Three app. Here’s how:
- Once you’ve logged in, select Make a prepayment
- Then enter the amount you’d like to pay
- Then follow the on-screen steps
Can I use Apple Pay or Google Pay?
Yes, you can use Apple Pay or Google Pay to make a one-off or additional card payment towards your airtime bill.
Apple Pay and Google Pay can’t be used to set up recurring card payments right now. And if you pay this way, you won’t get the monthly £5 discount.
To use Apple Pay or Google Pay:
- Follow the steps for making an additional or one-off payment above
- Select Apple Pay or Google Pay from the list of payment methods.
- And follow the on-screen instructions.
