All About the NHS Test and Trace app
The new NHS Test and Trace app is here. Launched on Thursday 24 September, the NHS have released their mobile app that is designed to test and trace the spread of Coronavirus. It also protects you as an individual, by giving you notifications about anyone unwell you might have come into contact with.
To help keep you and our staff safe, we've zero-rated all the in-app activity for Test and Trace. You can get NHS notifications, log your symptoms, check into venues and even book a test, without running out of data.
You can find out more about how we're trying to help you stay connected on our dedicated page.
We think that downloading the app is important for all our staff and customers, to work together in the face of Coronavirus. You can download the app on the App Store or Play Store, or via the NHS Coronavirus website.
You'll need to make sure you're on Android v6 Marshmallow or iOS13.5 or higher to support the app. Unfortunately, it's not currently available on Huawei devices.
