Updating your marketing preferences

We’d love to contact you about stuff we think you’re interested in, but you’re always in control of what you get from us. Just open the Three Pay As You Go app or log in to your account to choose how we contact you.

If you’d prefer not to receive anything from us, that’s no problem. We may have to get in touch, however, if there’s any important account info we’re required to tell you about.

After any changes to your preferences have been made, they’ll show in your account right away. You’ll also get a confirmation text or email.

One thing to note: for security reasons, there are some changes that can only be made by the main account holder.

We can also change your marketing preferences on your behalf, if you like. Get in touch and we’ll sort it.
