If you have a Three Rescue policy, read on for information about what’s covered.
Three Rescue offered two cover options:
Three Rescue™ Damage Cover – this protects your device against the risk of damage (including cracked screens and liquid damage) and out-of-warranty breakdown only.
Three Rescue™ Full Cover – this protects your device against the risk of loss, theft, damage (including cracked screens and liquid damage) and out-of-warranty breakdown.
We cover your phone, tablet or dongle bought from Three and registered to your Three account, as well as any accessories that come in the box with your device. If you got a laptop or tablet as part of a deal when you bought a mobile Wi-Fi device, Three Rescue only covers the mobile Wi-Fi device. * Next day delivery in mainland Great Britain only, for claims accepted before 8.30pm Monday to Friday and 2.30pm at weekends. Excludes Bank Holidays. Any replacement device you receive may be refurbished to ‘as new’ standard using original equipment manufacturer parts. If you think we’re late please let us know and if we’ve missed our delivery promise, we’ll give you £20, credited to your bank account within 30 days.
