Google Pixel 6 and 6 Pro - Cashback Promotion (“Promotion”) Terms and Conditions – June 2022

Terms and conditions

This Promotion is operated by Opia Limited (“Administrator”) who is running this Promotion on behalf of Google Commerce Ltd (“Promoter”) and is available on new (not second hand) purchases of Google Pixel 6 and Google Pixel 6 Pro (“Qualifying Product”) between 00:01 BST on 09/06/22 and 23:59 BST on 29/06/22 from participating retailers on a mobile network contract or SIM free in the UK. Qualifying Products available from Three and corresponding cashback reward (“Reward”) are shown in the table below.

The Promotion is only open to individual residents (aged 18 or above) (“Eligible Participants”). Businesses are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. The Promotion is not open to employees of Google, participating retailers and anyone professionally connected with the Promotion or their immediate family members. Limit of two (2) Rewards per Participant applies during the Promotional Period, irrespective of the quantity of Qualifying Products purchased. Participants who return the Qualifying Product to Three within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of purchase will not be eligible to receive the Reward. To receive the Reward, Eligible Participants must submit a claim within fifteen (15) to forty-five (45) calendar days after the date of purchase of the Qualifying Product to https://www.promo-rewards.com/cashback (“Claim”), providing all information requested including Participant’s name, contact details, bank or building society details (for the Reward to be paid into), proof of purchase and IMEI number of the Qualifying Product. Participants will be notified by the Administrator of approval or non-approval of their Claim within five (5) working days’ of receipt of a valid Claim. If an email acknowledgement has not been received, it is the Participant’s responsibility to contact the Administrator’s customer service team by email at cashback@promo-rewards.com or by phone (UK) on 03300545424 within seven (7) days of a Claim being submitted. Cashback for a valid Claim will be transferred to a bank or building society account in the UK within thirty (30) calendar days of verification by the Administrator. Participants will be notified by the Administrator of approval or non-approval of their Claim within five (5) working days’ of receipt of a valid Claim (validity to be determined at the sole discretion of the Administrator)If an email acknowledgement has not been received, it is the Participant’s responsibility to contact the Administrator’s customer service team by email at cashback@promo-rewards.com or by phone (UK) on 03300545424 within seven (7) days of a Claim being submitted.

Under no circumstances will Three (or its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies) be liable (unless such liability cannot be lawfully excluded) for any losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in the promotion, redemption process, or payment of any cashback, subscription or product connected with the Google Pixel 6 and 6 Pro - Cashback Promotion and Three excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law for any loss or damage caused to the recipients of such items.
