Samsung S23 Trio gift-with-purchase promotion terms and conditions (“Promotion”)

This Promotion is operated by Samsung Electronics (UK) Limited (“Promoter”) and is available on purchases of any Samsung Galaxy S23, S23+ and S23 FE (from launch) between 00:01 on 8/11/23 and 23:59 on 25/1/24 (“Promotion Period”) from participating retailers.

Eligible customers (resident (aged 18+) of either the United Kingdom, Isle of Man, Channel Islands or Republic of Ireland ("Individual Participant") or a Company registered in one of the same territories (“Company Participant”))  who purchase any Samsung Galaxy S23, S23+ or S23 FE (from launch) on any tariff directly from Three in any channel (“Qualifying Item”) can receive one pair of Samsung Galaxy Buds FE in White and £100 Cashback reward (“Promotional Item”) by submitting a valid claim to Promoter via Samsung’s website ( within 30 days of purchase and complete the presented claim form by providing the requested information (a “Claim”).

Claims may only be submitted within thirty (30) days of the Participant purchasing the relevant Qualifying Item (the “Claim Period”), meaning the final Claim date for Qualifying Items purchased on the 25th January 2024 is no later than 23:59 (GMT) on the 24th February 2024. Claims received after the close of the Claim Period will not be eligible for a Promotional Item. For the avoidance of doubt, the date of purchase shall count as day one (1). In the event of late delivery of the Participant's Qualifying Item, they will be able to register and save their information in the Claim form during the Claim Period and return to complete and submit their Claim within thirty (30) days of delivery.

Participants will be sent an email to confirm their Claim has been received by the Promoter instantly upon entry of a Claim. Providing that the Claim is found to be valid in accordance with these Promotion Terms, Participants will be sent an email within seven (7) days to confirm whether their Claim has been successful and validated (“Claim Validation”).

The Cashback Reward will be sent via bank transfer, within forty five (45) days of Claim Validation to the bank account provided by the Participant during the Claim process.

Individual Participants are entitled to claim on a maximum of four (4) Qualifying Items purchased per residential household. Company Participants are entitled to Claim on a maximum of ten (10) Qualifying Items purchased per company.  Promotional Item and Qualifying Item are subject to availability.

Under no circumstances will Three (or its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies) be liable (unless such liability cannot be lawfully excluded) for any losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in the promotion, redemption process, or any Promotional Item, subscription or product connected with the Promotion and Three excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law for any loss or damage caused to the recipients of such items.
