How to set up Paramount+
Step 1:
Is your plan eligible?
If you have a Value plan or Complete plan, you get Paramount+ on us.
If you have a Lite plan, you can add it for £6.99 a month by visiting My3 and heading to the Add-ons page.
Step 2:
Use your activation link
Once your new plan is activated, if you’re eligible, you’ll get an SMS from us with your activation link.
If you miss it, or you forget, we’ll send you a reminder SMS with your link.
Step 3:
Set up your account – and enjoy
Click the link to create your Paramount+ account. Then follow the on-screen instructions to start streaming.

Frequently asked questions
You can access Paramount+ through Three when you buy from our Value or Complete airtime plans. This will give you up to 24 months’ access to fantastic films and original shows like 1883 and Star Trek: Discovery. On our Value plan, you’ll get Paramount+ for half the length of your plan, and on our Complete plan, you’ll get Paramount+ included for the full length of your plan.
Sign into your existing Paramount+ account.
Visit your Account page, scroll down to the bottom, and select Cancel subscription. You’ll be taken through the cancellation process.
You will need to wait until your existing Paramount+ subscription has ended.
Once it's ended, you can click on the activation link sent via SMS from Three to redeem your inclusive period for Paramount+.
You’ll receive an SMS 7 days before your inclusive period ends, giving you the option to cancel or continue with your subscription. Once you’ve reached the end of your free Paramount+ period, your subscription will automatically continue unless you cancel it. It then costs £6.99 a month.
You’ll receive an SMS 7 days before your inclusive period ends, giving you the option to cancel or continue with your subscription. But you can also cancel your Paramount+ subscription at any time through the Three app, and it’ll be removed at your next billing cycle.
Please note, if you cancel before your next bill cycle, a charge for Paramount+ may still appear on your bill.
