Paramount+ is a brand-new streaming service in the UK, giving you access to blockbuster movies, new originals & exclusive series, plus a huge variety of iconic drama, action, reality, comedy, docs & kids shows from Showtime, Comedy Central, MTV, Smithsonian, Nickelodeon & Nick Jr. Great entertainment all the time, for everyone.

 

You can download & go, it’s ad-free, and on multiple devices.

Yes, you can watch across multiple devices, including your smart TV, games console, mobile and tablet.

Value and Complete plan customers will get Paramount+ included with their plan.

Lite Plan customers have the option to add Paramount + to their plan for £6.99.

Your inclusive period for Paramount+ starts on your mobile contract start date.

Please activate your Paramount account as soon as possible when you receive your activation link via SMS. 

You will be sent an SMS with an activation link to set up Paramount+ by creating an account. We will also send you a reminder SMS in case you forget to activate your subscription for Paramount+.

Don’t worry! You can call our Customer Care team, who'll be more than happy to re-send the redemption link to you. From your Three phone call 333. From any other phone dial 0333 338 1001.

You will receive an SMS on your ‘Primary Contact Number’ on your account.

To be eligible for the inclusive Paramount+ period with Three, you need to cancel your current Paramount+ subscription. Here’s how:

  1. Sign into your existing Paramount+ account.
  2. Visit your Account page, scroll down to the bottom, and select Cancel subscription. You’ll be taken through the cancellation process.
  3. You  will need to wait until your existing Paramount+ subscription has ended.
  4. Once it's ended, you can click on the activation link sent via SMS from Three to redeem your inclusive period for Paramount+.

We’ll send you a notification 7 days prior to your Paramount+ inclusive period ending. You then have the option to remove or continue with the content subscription. Your subscription will auto-renew to a chargeable version, and this will be applied directly to your Three bill at a cost of £6.99.

 

If you don’t want your subscription to Paramount+ to continue after the inclusive period, you can opt out in the Three app. Or if you need more help, call us on 333 from your Three mobile or pop into our Three store.

You can cancel your subscription at any point in your Three app.

This will not stop immediately; you can continue to enjoy the entertainment until your next billing cycle. You will receive an SMS to let you know how long you have until the service is terminated.

We will send you an SMS to confirm receipt of your content subscription cancellation.
