1. The prize draw promoter is Hutchison 3G UK Limited (‘Three’), Star House, 20 Grenfell Road, Maidenhead, Berks, SL6 1EH.

2. The Kissmas Twitter Competition will run from Monday the 3rd of December to Friday the 7th of December inclusive (the “Promotional Period”).  Each day during the Promotional Period there will be three prize draw competitions, each with a specific prize to win.

3. At 10am, 1pm and 3pm on each of these days, Three will tweet a question. Entrants who tweet the correct answer to the question and include #threelovesxmas in their tweet within 30 minutes of the question being asked, will be entered into that specific prize draw.

4. The winner of each prize draw shall be selected at random from the qualifying entries shortly after the 30 minute answering period expires, and the winner will be announced at approximately an hour after each question was tweeted, at 11am, 2pm and 4pm respectively.

5. There will be a total of fifteen prize draws, each with one prize available, as set out in the table below.

6. To be eligible for entry you must be a resident in the UK and be 18 years old or over. The winners may be required to submit valid identification before receiving the prizes.

7. This draw is not open to employees of Three or their families, its agents, contractors, consultants, or anyone professionally connected with the prize draw. Three reserves the right to disqualify any entries which it deems, at its sole discretion, to contravene the spirit of the promotion and any prize if awarded must be returned immediately.

8. Only one entry per prize draw per person will be counted.

9. Daily winners will be notified on Twitter. Should Three be unable to contact any of the winners by 15 December 2012, those winners will forfeit their prize.  Three will take reasonable endeavours to contact the winners before this date (during working hours (9am to 5.30pm) on standard working days). The Judges’ decision is final. The winners will be required to provide the following information to Three (or the third party it nominates to issue and manage the prizes) within 72 hours of being informed that they have won: full name, age, phone number and residential address.

10. Once the above information is received, the relevant prize will be sent to the winner by recorded delivery within five working days. Delivery can only be completed to addresses in the UK and will need to be signed for on receipt.

11. The prizes are not transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. The prizes may be subject to additional terms and conditions, including Three’s Terms for Service, and the winners agree that the cost of and the responsibility for complying with such terms and conditions will be borne solely by the winners. Three reserves the right at any time to substitute an alternative prize of similar or greater value for the prizes. Three reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the competition (including altering the prizes).

12. All third party terms and conditions relating to the prizes are beyond the control of Three.

13. This competition is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.

14. Entrants agree that Three may contact them from time to time with details of offers, prize draws and other marketing information. Entrants may notify Three if they do not wish to receive such information at any time. Entrants can opt out at My3 on their mobile, online at three.co.uk, or by calling Three’s Customer Services.

15. The winners may be requested to participate in related publicity for Three, including names and general location being used in any and all media.

16. Information that you supply when entering the promotion will be used only in accordance with our Web Privacy Policy (see www.three.co.uk/Privacy_Cookies) and these terms. If you are a Three customer, our use of such information will also be subject to our Privacy Notice contained in Section 13 of the Terms and Conditions governing the use of Three Services.

17. Three cannot accept responsibility for entries lost or delayed in transmission. Under no circumstances will Three (or its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies) be liable (unless such liability cannot be lawfully excluded) for any losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in the prize draw or any prize connected with the draw or its delivery to the winners. Three excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law for any loss or damage caused to the winner arising out of this prize draw.

18. Entry into the competition signifies acceptance of these terms. Three reserves the right to amend the competition terms at any time. Timings set out above may vary. These terms will be governed by English law.
