• We also have lots of automated self-service phone options. You can check your allowance, make payments, top-up your phone and check your plan end-date without having to talk to us. Just call 333 from your Three phone.
• Three Live is our hourly live broadcast channel. You can ask our presenters anything about our products and services. While they aren’t able to access specific account information, they can help with general queries.
• Three Store Now lets you talk one-to-one online with one of our store advisors. Even though they can’t access specific account information, they can help you pick the right device or plan for you. They’re also able to help with any general questions.
