Tracking your delivery.
DPD will confirm your delivery slot by text or email, and you’ll get a link to Follow Your Parcel. We recommend that you download the DPD Local app to track delivery and change your preferences – like leaving in a safe place, or with a neighbour.
Your new phone, tablet, or broadband device will be delivered by DPD the next working day, if you order by 20:00. Orders placed after 20:00 will arrive in 2 working days. We deliver between 09:00 and 18:00 during the week, but not on weekends or bank holidays.
SIMs are sent by Royal Mail First Class so they’ll arrive in 1-2 working days. Accessory delivery times vary from 1-3 days, but we’ll tell you the expected delivery date when you place your order.
The delivery time for pre-orders is approx. 4 weeks, but this date depends on stock arriving from our suppliers. We’ll give you an estimated delivery date when you place your order. We’ll also let you know as soon as your device is on its way, or if there are any changes to delivery.

Online orders delivered to store.
If you order online by 20:00, your device will be available for collection at your selected Three store the next working day. Please note that deliveries to our Inverness store take an extra day, and not all Three stores can receive orders. You’ll be able to see the nearest participating store at checkout.
We’ll send you a text when your parcel is ready to collect and let you know which forms of ID you need to bring with you. You’ll have 8 days to pick it from store at a time that suits you. Our team will be on-hand to help you set up your device, or to recommend apps and accessories.
If you’ve ordered a phone, tablet, or broadband device online, you can return or exchange it for free within 14 days of receiving it. Your device must be ‘as new’ to do this. Call us free on 333 from a Three phone, or on 0333 338 1001 – standard charges apply.
If you’ve upgraded online or over the phone, your new device will be delivered between 08:00 and 18:00 on the date specified.
You’ll be charged £4.99 for delivery and this will be added to your next bill.
