Next-day delivery.

We offer next day delivery (unless otherwise stated) on phones, tablets and MiFi™ that are ordered before 4pm for delivery to your billing address.

Orders placed after 4pm will be delivered in 2 working days. We’ll ask you for a mobile phone number and email address so we and our delivery partner DPD, can send you up to date delivery information about your order or contact you if there are any unforeseen delays.

Our deliveries take place between 9am and 6pm (we don’t deliver on bank holidays or weekends).

Deliveries to your billing address will need to be signed for. If you’re not in the courier will attempt delivery again the following day. If no one’s in on the 2nd attempt, the parcel will be held at the local DPD depot for a further 5 days to await further instructions, or for the customer to collect.

You’ll receive an email or text to let you know where you can collect your parcel and what ID you need to take.

On the morning of your delivery you’ll receive a text message from DPD giving you the chance to amend your delivery preference to any of the following options:

If you don't want any of these options, delivery will take place as normal to the address given when you purchased the order.

Please note: The estimated delivery window for pre-order/back order is 4 weeks. This date depends on stock arriving from our supplier. You’ll get an estimated date of delivery when you place your order. We’ll let you know when your device is on its way to you or if there are any changes.
You’ll be able to track your order through DPD and you’ll get an estimated delivery date when you place your order.

We can’t give an exact date and can only give an estimate for pre-orders. This is because new device launches can be really popular and manufacturers can struggle with demand, which can affect delivery to our warehouse. We don’t want to make promises we can’t keep so we give you the date we’re aiming towards, and if anything happens, we’ll let you know.

Order online, deliver to store.

Place your order online by 4pm and have it delivered to a Three Store of your choice, for collection the next working day (deliveries to our Inverness Three Store take an extra day). Not all Three stores can receive orders, but you’ll be given the option to pick your nearest participating one during checkout.

We’ll send you a text when it arrives and you’ll have up to 8 days to go in and pick it up at a time that suits you. If you need a bit of support, our team will be on hand to help you set up your device and suggest the latest apps and accessories.

SIMS and dongles.

Delivered to home:
These are delivered to your home address within 3-5 working days by Royal Mail. You will not need to wait in to sign for them, they can simply be posted through your letterbox.


When you’ve ordered via Three.co.uk you can exchange or return your phone, tablet or MiFi™ free of charge within 30 days from the day you received your purchase. Just give us a call on 0333 338 1001 (or dial 333 from an alternative Three phone).

Your device must be in an ‘as new’ condition or you may be charged for the loss of value of the device.

If you've upgraded online or over the phone, your new device can be delivered to your billing address between 8am and 6pm on the date we will have given you. You'll be charged £4.99 for your delivery and this will be added to your next bill.

If you ordered online and you chose to have your order delivered to your billing address, we’ll text you on the day of delivery with a link to Follow Your Parcel with our delivery partner DPD.
