We’ve got teams working to make sure our network stays up and running for everyone, at all times. So, whether you need to contact loved ones or the emergency services, you can. Keeping you connected is our top priority.

How we're keeping charities connected

To support some of the most vulnerable families, we've been working with a number of charities throughout the country. We've supplied them with equipment and access to a digital connection.

We know that connecting people and keeping them in touch with friends and family is essential. And it's a simple way for us to do our bit in these challenging times.

We've already donated 1,100 tablets, phones, SIMs and Mobile Broadband devices to 32 charities. These include charities for the vulnerable and for children and young people, schools and education providers, care homes and NHS Trusts.

Plus, we continue to look for opportunities to work with partners and help keep the nation connected.

Are you offering free access to NHS 111 services?

We're offering free data access to all NHS websites, at home and abroad for all contract and Pay As You Go customers. All calls to NHS 111 are already free.

Are Three stores open?

From 5 November, we’ll be closing our stores in England due to the nationwide lockdown. We’ll be aiming to reopen from 3 December, and you can still contact us online and over the phone. Across the rest of the UK, local restrictions might be in effect. Check our Store Locator for more details.

Beware of scammers

We've had reports that some customers are receiving a text or email asking them for financial information, due to Coronavirus. They seem to be from UK businesses. Be careful as these are scams. If we want to talk to you about Coronavirus, we'll never ask you for personal or financial information. Please report any messages you receive to 7726.
