Step 2
Select 'Switch to Three' in the basket and follow the steps to add your (Port Authorisation Code) or STAC (Service Termination Authorisation Code). Both codes will terminate the contract with your current provider. Choose PAC to keep your own phone number and STAC to get a new number from Three.

What is a PAC and STAC code, and why do I need one?
PAC stands for Port Authorisation Code. If you give it to us when you join Three it enables you to keep your mobile phone number when you switch to our network.
STAC stands for Service Termination Authorisation Code. If you give it to us when you join us it terminates the contract with them. You’ll then get a new phone number when you join us.

Which airtime plans is the 3 months half price Switcher offer available on?
It’s available on our Unlimited, 30GB and 5GB airtime plans (Lite, Value and Complete) on selected phones. It’s only available on our 24-month plans.
Can I get this offer more than once?
You need to have a PAC or STAC to qualify for this offer. This means that you can only use this offer more than once if you have more than one PAC or STAC code. If you do have more than one and you’d like to join on more than one plan, you’ll need to purchase them as separate transactions.
How do I get my PAC code?
Simply free text the word ‘PAC' to 65075, or the word ‘STAC’ to 75075. You’ll receive a text back within minutes which will be valid for 30 days.
Do I have to use my PAC or STAC straight away?
PAC and STAC code are valid for 30 days from the date they’re issued. When they expire, you'll need to request a new one if you still want to cancel your service and/or switch numbers.
How do I give you my PAC code?
We’ll ask you in the basket if you’re joining from another network. Simply click ‘Switch to Three’ and add your current phone number and PAC or STAC in the correct fields. The 3 months half price will then be automatically discounted in your basket as you progress through to checkout.
Can I provide my PAC or STAC code after I complete the sale?
No, you need to provide your PAC or STAC while you’re checking out to qualify for the 3 months half price on airtime plans and SIM Only plans. You’re not eligible for the saving if you complete the sale without providing a PAC code.
Am I eligible for the offer if I already have a contract with Three?
Yes, this offer is for both new customers or existing customer if you’re adding an additional line to your account and switching to Three with a PAC or STAC. This offer is not available for upgrades.
