If you upgrade your second line, your discount will be removed.

No. If you change the price plan on any additional lines, your multiline discount won’t be affected.

No, all additional accounts associated with your main or primary account will be transferred to the new owner’s name. And they’ll keep any outstanding multiline discounts.

No, if you transfer the ownership of an additional line to someone else, the discount will be removed.

The new account holder can find out more by logging into My3, the Three app or by contacting us.

If you have 2 lines with us and decide to cancel your main account within 30 days of taking out your additional line, your discount will be removed.

If you’ve got 3 or more lines with us and cancel your main one, the line with the next highest total cost of ownership will automatically become your primary account. And the multiline discount will continue on your other lines where applicable.
