Can I switch back to paper bills?

If you want to switch back to paper bills you can. We can send you an itemised bill by post, which costs £2.50 per month. This is the full version of your bill which shows details of all your calls, messages and internet data you’ve used. This information is available free of charge from your eBill which can be accessed via My3 or the Three app.
