Changing your price plan

Running out of data every month? If the plan you’re on isn’t working for you, then maybe it’s time for a change?

Good news is, unlike upgrading, you don’t have to take out a new contract - just increase your plan from as little as £3 per month and carry on as you were.

Here are a few reasons why you might want to change:

  1. It’s easy to do

  3. Stop worrying about running out of data halfway through the month

How to change your plan

It’s easy to change your plan – all you have to do is log into your account to see what plans are available. Once you’ve chosen, you’ll receive a notification confirming that your plan’s been changed, and you’ll be able to use your new allowance straight away.

On our app:

  1. Open the Three app

  2. Scroll down to Manage Plan

  3. Select Change plan

  4. Review and pick the plan you want to move to click Add this Plan

  5. Follow the remaining instructions to complete the order

In your My3 account:

  1. Log in to your account with your email address and password

  2. Click Change Current Plan

  3. Review and pick the plan you want to move to click Add this Plan  

  4. Follow the remaining instructions to complete the order


Should I change my plan or buy an Add-on?

Changing your plan is great value if you regularly go over your monthly allowance. Only need a short-term boost? Save with an Add-on.

Will changing my plan affect my device plan agreement?

No. Changing your plan won’t affect your device plan agreement. Your device plan payments will continue as scheduled.
