Checking when your plan starts

If you’ve bought a new device from, or over the phone, your plan will start the day it’s dispatched to you.

If you’ve bought a new device or SIM from a Three Store, your plan will start straight away. Your connection will be active as soon as you start using it.

If you bought a Three SIM from another store or website, you’ll need to activate it. You can do this by contacting us. Your plan will begin once activation is complete.

If you're upgrading your device before your current plan ends, your new plan will start from your next bill cycle. If you're upgrading after the end of your original plan, your new plan will begin right away.
