    What is Three Pay? 

    Three Pay’s a digital payment method that lets you pay for products or services using your monthly bill or Pay As You Go balance.

    What are shortcodes?

    A shortcode is a number, usually 5 digits long, that you text to buy services not included in your plan. For example, you may use a shortcode to:

    •  donate to a charity
    • enter a competition
    • activate a service

    Finding a Three Pay or shortcode payment on your bill

    Where to find a Three Pay or Shortcode payment on your bill

    To check for any Three Pay or shortcode payments on your bill please follow these steps: 

    1. Log into the Three app or My3
    2. Go to Bills and tap the bill you’d like to check. 
    3. For Three Pay, go to the Third Party Charges including Three Pay section of your bill. You’ll see the payment plus the name of the merchant the amount has been paid to.  
    4. For shortcodes, go to the Text to other networks section of your bill. You’ll see the amount paid and the 5-digit shortcode.

    We’ll show you the merchant's name, web address, email address, phone number and, where available, the payment intermediary. The payment intermediary is the company that collects payments on behalf of the merchant. 

    If you need more information or to request a refund, please contact the merchant. If you’ve contacted them but your issue hasn’t been resolved, please contact the payment intermediary. 

    Please note: Some shortcodes may show as Shared shortcodes. Shared shortcodes can be used by multiple merchants but will only ever have 1 payment intermediary. If you’ve checked a shared shortcode, we’ll only display the payment intermediary information, please contact them if you have any queries or refund requests.
