Upfront payment credits & charges

When you make an upfront payment, for example when buying a new device or paying an early upgrade fee, this will show as a credit on your account. Depending on your monthly bill date, this credit may be applied against your normal monthly charge, as well as any additional charges.

If this occurs, your normal monthly charges would then carry over to the following month’s bill, resulting in a larger bill than usual.

What does this mean for my bill?

It’s important to note, we won’t take any additional charges, and in the situation outlined above, the balance of your bill will simply be deferred into the following month. You won’t need to do anything for this to happen.

If you have any concerns about paying the amount in your following month’s bill, get in touch and we’ll see if we can help.
