Use Free Wi-Fi Underground

Once you're at a participating station, switch on Wi-Fi and connect to Three_WIFI.

  1. Make sure you have iOS 15.4 or later installed
  2. Switch on your device and connect automatically

  1. Turn on Wi-Fi
  2. Select THREE_WIFI
  3. Set ‘access method’ to EAP
  4. Set ‘EAP method’ to SIM

You just need to have a valid Three SIM present in the device you are using to connect to the service.

You can connect using any Wi-Fi enabled device that has a valid Three SIM card. Wi-Fi is available in ticket halls, walkways, and platforms at over 250 stations. It does not work in the tunnels or in- between stations.

To disconnect from Free Wi-Fi on London Underground, just turn off Wi-Fi on your device.

• If you're calling about a Mobile Broadband account, call us on 500 from a Three phone or 0333 338 1003 (standard rates apply) from any other phone.

If the internet doesn't seem to work, this may be a temporary issue with TfL’s network. This is very rare, but if it does happen, service will usually resume in a short time.
