Cancelling your Paramount+ subscription

You can cancel your Paramount+ subscription through the Three app or My3. Once cancelled, you'll still have access until your next bill date.

Important Note: If you cancel near your next bill date, you might still see a charge on your next bill. If this happens, just let us know, and we'll sort it out for you.

Using the Three App

  1. Log into the Three app
  2. Tap Buy an Add-on
  3. Find the Active Add-ons list
  4. Tap Remove on the Paramount+ card 

Using My3

  1. Log into My3
  2. Select Plan icon
  3. Scroll down to Buy an Add-on
  4. Find the  Active Add-ons list 
  5. Click Remove on the Paramount+ card
