Changing your Three number
To get started, just open the Three Pay As You Go app or log in to your account, then select Change your number. Pick your reason for changing it, then hit Continue.
If you choose Malicious/Nuisance calls, we recommend taking the time to read the info on the screen. You'll also find more advice and support by selecting Dealing with malicious calls.
Next, take your pick from the list of available numbers. If you don't like any of them, choose Show more numbers to see a few more options.
Once you've put in a new number request, you can track your progress in your account.
If you miss your old number, it's easy to change it back. Just select I want my old Three number back in your account, or get in touch within 30 days.
