What is seamless eSIM activation?
It’s a new, easy way to install your eSIM. All you need to do is switch on your device, connect to Wi-Fi, then follow the on-screen steps. And that’s it.
If you can’t see any steps on screen, make sure your device is connected to Wi-Fi and try again.
Will I still need a QR code?
No – seamless eSIM activation means there’s no need for QR or confirmation codes.
Which devices use seamless eSIM activation?

What if my device doesn’t use seamless eSIM activation?
If your device has an eSIM but doesn’t use seamless eSIM activation – don’t worry. To activate it, scan the QR code we emailed to you and enter the confirmation code.
