Score Predictor Prize Draw - Social Media Terms & Conditions – June / July 2021

These terms and conditions are the rules which apply to this Prize Draw. By submitting an entry, entrants will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by them.

Promoter

  1. Score Predictor Prize Draw (“Prize Draw”) is organised by Hutchison 3G UK Limited, trading as Three, of Great Brighams Mead,1 Vastern Road, Reading, Berkshire RG1 8DJ (“Three” or “We”). The Prizes (as defined at paragraph 6 below) are administered and provided by Three.

Dates

  1. The Prize Draw opens on Friday 11th June 2021 at 2pm and closes on Saturday 11th July at 8pm. Within this range, there will be 15 periods - unique to each of the 15 matches listed below - of varying lengths when entries will be considered valid. Each of these 15 periods will open when the relevant animation is posted (which can up be to 24 hours before the kick off time) and will close at the time of kick off of the relevant match ("Entry Window”).

Eligibility

  1. To be eligible to enter the Prize Draw entrants must be over 18 years of age and a UK resident (“Eligible Entrants”). Entrants may be required to provide photographic ID to prove their eligibility. This Prize Draw is not open to employees of Three, its agents, contractors, consultants, or anyone professionally connected with the Prize Draw. 

Entry

  1. To enter the Prize Draw, Eligible Entrants must either: 
  • Take a screenshot of the competition animation displaying your predicted final score on @ThreeUK Instagram Stories and send that screenshot as an image to @ThreeUK via Direct Message complete with the hashtag #ThreeKick within the relevant Playing Window (“Qualifying Entries”). 
  • Take a screenshot of the competition animation displaying a possible final score on @ThreeUK Instagram Stories and post that image on their public Instagram account feed, tagging in @ThreeUK and using the hashtag #ThreeKick in the feed post copy within the relevant Playing Window (“Qualifying Entries”). 
  • Take a screenshot of the competition animation displaying a possible final score on @ThreeUK Twitter Fleets and reply to the @ThreeUK competition tweet, complete with the hashtag #ThreeKick within the relevant Playing Window (“Qualifying Entries”).. 

Personal details including name, telephone number and email address will be captured.

Rules

  1. The following rules shall also apply to the Prize Draw: 
  • Only one entry per Eligible Entrant per match will be considered by Three and entered into the Prize Draw. Entries in excess of this limit will render all entries made by that person void. 
  • Late entries submitted after the kick off the game in question (or outside of the Promotion Period) will not be taken into consideration in winner selection. 
  • Each entrant warrants that all information submitted by them is true, accurate and complete and Three is not responsible for any information which is invalid or incomplete. 
  • Three reserves the right to exclude and/or disqualify any entry which it deems, in its sole and absolute discretion: (i) to be offensive or inappropriate; (ii) fails to comply with these terms and conditions; and/or (iii) to be contrary to the spirit or intention of the Prize Draw.

Prize

  1. The 15 winners of the prize draws will each receive a voucher for either Google Play Store or Apply iTunes. Each voucher will be between the values of £20 and £50 (“Prize”). Only one Prize per winner will be awarded. Prize allocation and value remains at Three’s sole and absolute discretion.

Selection of winners

  1. The winners will be randomly selected by a computer process, under independent supervision, from all score predictions from all Qualifying Entries (detailed in section 4) regardless of entry mechanic within 48 hours of the relevant Playing Window closing. The decision will be final and Three will not enter into any correspondence.  

Contacting the winners

  1. Reasonable efforts will be made by Three to contact the winners of the Prizes via direct message to the Instagram or Twitter account used to enter the Promotion within 48 hours of the relevant Playing Window closing. Eligible Entrants should check ensure their Instagram or Twitter settings enable Three to contact them in this way and check their Instagram or Twitter direct messages within 48 hours of the relevant Playing Window closing . Three shall not be responsible in the event the winners do not claim the Prize because they have failed to do so. If the winners of the Prizes cannot be successfully contacted, do not claim the Prizes within 72 hours of notification (by responding to Three), or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, Three reserves the right to offer the relevant Prizes to another Eligible Entrant (who will be selected in the same manner described in paragraph 8). Failure to respond or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the Prize.

Redeeming the Prize

  1. The winners of the Prizes will be required to provide a valid UK postal address to receive their Prize. The winner may also be required to submit additional valid identification before receiving the Prize. Acceptable forms of identification remain at Three’s sole and absolute discretion. The winners warrant that all information submitted by them is true, accurate and complete and Three is not responsible for any information which is invalid or incomplete, including any contact details. Three shall use reasonable endeavours, subject to these terms and conditions, to fulfil the Prize as soon as reasonably possible after the winners have claimed it and confirmed their correct postal address.

Privacy

  1. Any personal data collected by Three in connection with this Prize Draw will be used to administer and fulfil this Prize Draw. Information that entrants supply when entering the Prize Draw will be used only in accordance with Three’s Privacy Policy and these terms. Our use of such information will also be subject to our Privacy Notice contained in section 13 of the Terms and Conditions governing the use of Three’s Services.   1. The winners of the Prizes may be asked when they are contacted by Three (as described in paragraph 8) whether they consent to their first name and entry being used in any Three marketing activity across some or all media channels. 
  1. The surname and county of the winner can be obtained by sending an email to studiothree@three.co.uk within 30 days after the date of the closing date of the Prize Draw. If you object to this information being published or made available, please contact the Promoter. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request. 

General

  1. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable. No cash alternatives will be offered. Three reserves the right at any time to substitute the Prize for an alternative prize of similar or greater value where circumstances beyond our control makes it necessary to do so. Three also reserves the right to cancel the competition and delete the competition posts at any time, without notice. Further, Three reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions (including altering the Prize) at any time without notice by updating these terms and conditions and publishing them at www.three.co.uk/terms-conditions.  No communications will be entered into by Three regarding this. No purchase is necessary to enter this Prize Draw, however an internet connection is required. 
  1. This Prize Draw is in no way endorsed by, sponsored by, associated with or administered by any third parties (including Instagram and Twitter) 
  1. All third party terms and conditions relating to the Prize Draw or the Prize itself are beyond our control. Three cannot accept responsibility and will not be liable for any failures to abide by any or all third-party terms applicable to the Prize. 
  1. Three cannot accept responsibility for entries lost, corrupted, or delayed in transmission or for the failure by any winner to check their emails (including junk folder) or voice messages. Under no circumstances will Three (or its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies) be liable (unless such liability cannot be lawfully excluded) for any losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in the Prize Draw or the Prize (or any aspects of them), and Three excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for any loss or damage caused to a winner of the Prize arising out of or connected to the Prize or this Prize Draw. Statutory rights are not affected. 
  1. Entry into the Prize Draw signifies your acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms are governed by English law.
