TRNSMT Branded Archway Ticket Prize Draw - Social Media Prize Draw

These terms and conditions are the rules which apply to this Prize Draw. By submitting an entry, entrants will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by them.

Promoter

  1. This Prize Draw is organised by Hutchison 3G UK Limited, trading as Three of Green Park, 450 Longwater Avenue, Reading, Berkshire, RG30 3UR (“Three” or “We”). The Prize (as defined at paragraph 6 below) is administered and provided by Three in partnership with Live Nation (“Festival Organiser”).

Dates

  1. The Prize Draw opens on 07/07/23 at 11:00am and closes on 09/07/23 at 11.59pm (“Promotion Period”).

Eligibility

  1. To be eligible to enter the Prize Draw entrants must be over 18 years of age and a UK resident (“Eligible Entrants”). Entrants may be required to provide photographic ID to prove their eligibility. This Prize Draw is not open to employees of Three, its agents, contractors, consultants, or anyone professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Entry

  1. To enter the Prize Draw, Eligible Entrants must capture a photo within Three’s branded archway at TRNSMT Festival, tagging @ThreeUK #Three+ during the Promotion Period (“Qualifying Entries”). A public Instagram account is required.

Rules

  1. The following rules shall also apply to the Prize Draw:

 
a. Only one entry per Eligible Entrant will be considered by Three and entered into the Prize Draw. Entries in excess of this limit will render all entries made by that person void.

b. Late entries will not be taken into consideration in winner selection.

c. Each entrant warrants that all information submitted by them is true, accurate and complete and Three is not responsible for any information which is invalid or incomplete.

d. Three reserves the right to exclude and/or disqualify any entry which it deems, in its sole and absolute discretion: (i) to be offensive or inappropriate; (ii) fails to comply with these terms and conditions; and/or (iii) to be contrary to the spirit or intention of the Prize Draw.

Prize

  1. The “Prize” is as follows: Three winners will each receive a side of stage experience and a pair of weekend VIP tickets (1 winner + 1 guest) for TRNMT Festival 2024 (“Event”). The tickets will include the following benefits:

    a. Entrance into the VIP lounge and garden with a view of the stage
    b. Access to private VIP bar
    c. Access to private VIP toilet facilities
    d. Access to private VIP food stalls
    e. A VIP special viewing access of the stage (time/location to be decided by Three)
    f. A tailored tour to and from a specified meeting point within the festival to the viewing experience and back


Only one Prize per winner will be awarded. The above list of inclusions and prize allocation remains at Three’s sole and absolute discretion.  Benefits may be subject to change, depending upon availability at the time.

  1. By entering the Promotion each Eligible Entrant confirms that they are and will be: (i) available; and (ii) eligible to travel to and from the Event, on or around the Fri-Sun 5th/7th July 2024 (or whenever the 2024 dates are confirmed). The winners will also need to arrange their own transport to and from the Event.
     
  1. The dates and timings of the Event are subject to change. Use of any tickets or access to any venue owned or controlled by the Festival Organiser as part of the Prize is subject to the Festival Organiser’s ticketing rules and regulations from time to time.


Selection of winners

  1. The winners will be randomly selected by a computer process, under independent supervision, from all Qualifying Entries by 11/07/23. The decision will be final and Three will not enter into any correspondence. 

Contacting the winners

  1. Reasonable efforts will be made by Three to contact the winners of the Prize via direct message to the Instagram account used to enter the Promotion by 13/07/23. Eligible Entrants should check their Instagram settings to enable Three to contact them in this way and check their Instagram direct messages between 11/07/23 to 13/07/23 and Three shall not be responsible in the event a winner does not claim the Prize because they have failed to do so. If the winners of the Prize cannot be successfully contacted, do not claim the Prize within 48 hours of notification (by responding to Three), or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, Three reserves the right to offer the relevant Prize to another Eligible Entrant (who will be selected in the same manner described in paragraph 9). Failure to respond or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the Prize

Redeeming the Prize

  1. The winners of the Prize will be required to provide a valid email address to receive their Prize. Digital tickets will be emailed to the winners around one week prior to the Event. Should the winner have any questions or a change in contact details prior to the Event, please contact threeplus@three.co.uk. Three shall not be held liable in the event that a winner fails to notify about change in contact details. The winners may also be required to submit additional valid identification before receiving the Prize. Acceptable forms of identification remain at Three’s sole and absolute discretion. The winners warrants that all information submitted by them is true, accurate and complete and Three is not responsible for any information which is invalid or incomplete, including any contact details.

Privacy

  1. Three shall use any personal data submitted by you as part of this prize draw to administer and fulfil it in accordance with Three’s Privacy Policy (available at three.co.uk/privacy_safety/privacy_policies.
     
  1. The winners of the Prize agree to cooperate with any reasonable requests made by Three or the Festival Operator relating to any post-winning promotional activity (such as including their first name and entry being used in any, and all, Three or the Festival Organiser’s marketing activity across all media). Three is required to publish or make available information to show that a valid award took place under this Prize Draw. To comply with this Three will send the surname and county of major prize winners (and, if applicable, copies of their winning entries) to any person who writes to DLUKMarketingPRSocial@three.co.uk within one month of the closing date. If you enter this Prize Draw and object to any or all of these details being published or made available, please contact DLUKMarketingPRSocial@three.co.uk, as above. In such circumstances, Three must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested.

General

  1. The Prize is not transferable in any way, or exchangeable. No cash alternatives will be offered. If the winners are not available or eligible for the whole or any part of the Prize, for any reason, no alternative will be offered. Three reserves the right at any time to substitute the whole or any part of the Prize for an alternative of similar or greater value where circumstances beyond our control makes it necessary to do so. All costs and expenses not included in the Prize are the responsibility of the winners (including, for the avoidance of doubt, any costs connected with the winner’s eligibility to travel or accommodation). Further, we reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions (including altering the Prize) at any time without notice by updating these terms and conditions and publishing them at three.co.uk/terms.  No communications will be entered into by Three regarding this. No purchase is necessary to enter this Prize Draw, however an internet connection is required.
     
  1. All third party terms and conditions relating to the Prize Draw or the Prize itself are beyond our control. Three cannot accept responsibility and will not be liable for any failures to abide by any or all third-party terms applicable to the Prize.
     
  1. Three cannot accept responsibility for entries lost, corrupted, or delayed in transmission or for the failure by any winners to check their emails (including junk folder), voice messages or Instagram messages. Under no circumstances will Three (or its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies) be liable (unless such liability cannot be lawfully excluded) for any losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in the Prize Draw or the Prize (or any aspects of them), and Three excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for any loss or damage caused to a winner of the Prize arising out of or connected to the Prize or this Prize Draw. Statutory rights are not affected.
     
  1. Entry into the Prize Draw signifies your acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms are governed by English law.
