Double your Storage promotion terms and conditions – 1st February to 16th February 2023

Promoter

  1. The Double your Storage (“Promotion”) is run by Hutchison 3G UK Limited of Green Park, 450 Longwater Avenue, Reading, Berkshire RG30 3UR, trading as Three (“Three”).

Promotion Period

  1. The Promotion will commence on 1st February 2023 and will close at 23:59 on the 16th February 2023 (the “Promotion Period”).

Eligibility

  1. To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, you must be a legal resident of the United Kingdom or Northern Ireland and aged 18+ or registered company in the same region. (“Participant”).

Offer

  1. To qualify, Eligible Participants must:

    i. Pre order a Samsung Galaxy S23, S23+ or S23 Ultra (“Qualifying Item”). Participants will receive the corresponding device variant (Promotional Product”) at no extra cost, outlined in the table below.

All pre orders of the Qualifying Item must be made in a Three store, online via three.co.uk directly (not via an affiliate partners site), or by telephone via our contact centre within the Promotion Period. Subject to stock availability. Terms apply, see www.three.co.uk/terms for more info.

 Other

  1. Three reserves the right to disqualify any Eligible Participant’s entry which it deems, at its sole discretion, to contravene the spirit and/or terms and conditions of this Promotion and any Promotional Product must be returned immediately.
  2. Three shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid orders, including, without limitation, to require further verification as to proof of purchase, as well as the identity of an Eligible Participant.
  3. Any third-party terms and conditions relating to either the Qualifying Item or Promotional Product are the beyond the control of Three. Each Eligible Participant agrees that the cost of and the responsibility for complying with such terms and conditions will be borne solely by them.
  4. Three reserves the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice, to vary the terms and conditions of the Promotion (including, without limitation, to cancel, modify or supersede the Promotion (including altering the Promotional Product) by changing these terms and conditions. No correspondence will be entered into by Three.
  5. Information that Eligible Participants supply when entering the Promotion will be used only in accordance with these terms and conditions, Three’s Privacy and Security policy, and Three’s Privacy Notice contained in Section 13 of the Terms and Conditions governing the use of Three Services.   6. Entry into the Promotion signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions, which are governed by English law.

Pre order any Samsung Galaxy S23, S23+ or S23 Ultra  on any tariff and receive the higher memory variant at no extra cost. Offer available between 00:01 on 1st February 2023 and 23:59 on 16th February 2023.

Pre Orders must be made directly with Three UK via Retail, Contact Centre or Online at three.co.uk.
