Google Pixel 7 or 7 Pro – Pixel Buds Pro or Google Pixel Watch gift-with-purchase promotion terms and conditions (“Promotion”)

This Promotion is operated by Google Commerce Ltd (“Promoter”) and is available on preorders and purchases of Pixel 7 128GB and Pixel 7 Pro 128GB between 15:45 hours (BST) on 06/10/2022 and 23:59 hours (BST) on 17/10/22 (“Promotion Period”) from participating retailers. 

Eligible customers (UK residents over 18 or UK registered businesses) who purchase a device listed in Table 1 below on any Pay Monthly or PAYG tariff (“Qualifying Item”), directly from Three in Retail, Online or Call Centre channels, can claim the corresponding promotional item listed in Table 1 (“Promotional Item”) from the Promoter via promo-rewards.com/2022launch/en-GB between 01/11/2022 and 30/11/2022. IMEI number required to claim. Limit of two (2) claims per household during the Promotion Period, irrespective of the quantity of Qualifying Items purchased. Businesses may make up to eight (8) claims per business during the Promotional Period, also irrespective of the quantity of Qualifying Items purchased. In each circumstance claims shall be limited to one (1) claim for each Qualifying Item purchased in full accordance with these Promotion Terms. Promotional Item and Qualifying Item are subject to availability.

Under no circumstances will Three (or its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies) be liable (unless such liability cannot be lawfully excluded) for any losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in the promotion, redemption process, or any Promotional Item, subscription or product connected with the Promotion and Three excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law for any loss or damage caused to the recipients of such items.
