Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 LTE gift-with-purchase promotion terms and conditions (“Promotion”)

This Promotion is operated by Samsung Electronics (UK) Limited (“Promotion”) and is available on purchases of a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 or Z Fold 4 between 00:01 on 30/9/2022 and 23:59 on 31/10/2022 (“Promotion Period”) from participating retailers.

 Eligible customers (legal UK Resident (including Channel Islands or Isle of Man), aged 18+ or a company registered in one of the same) who purchase any variant of a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 or Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 by any means directly from Three in any channel (“Qualifying Item”) can receive one of either a Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 LTE 40mm in Silver or a Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 LTE 44mm in Silver (“Promotional Item”) by submitting a valid claim to Promoter via https://samsungpromotions.claims/october_watch (the “Website”), and complete the presented claim form by providing the requested information,  including (but not limited to) the IMEI1 number of the purchased Promotion Product and the proof of purchase. Claims must be submitted within sixty (60) days of the date of purchase of the Promotion Product (the “Claim Period”), meaning that the final date to submit a Claim against a Promotion Product purchased on the 31st October 2022 is by 23:59 (GMT) on 30th December 2022. For the avoidance of doubt, the date of purchase as shown on the relevant proof of purchase shall be considered day one (1). Participants may submit a maximum of one (1) Claim per Promotion Product purchased up to a maximum of one (1) Claim per Individual Participant and four (4) Claims per household. Company Participants may submit a maximum of one (1) Claim per Promotion Product purchased and receive up to one hundred (100) Rewards in total.

 Participants will be sent an email to confirm their Claim has been received by the Promoter instantly upon completed entry of a Claim. Please note that processing of Claims received may take up to seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the Claim and Participants will be sent an email to confirm whether their Claim has been successful and validated (“Claim Validation”).

 Promotional Item and Qualifying Item are subject to availability.

Under no circumstances will Three (or its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies) be liable (unless such liability cannot be lawfully excluded) for any losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in the promotion, redemption process, or any Promotional Item, subscription or product connected with the Promotion and Three excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law for any loss or damage caused to the recipients of such items.
