Samsung Watch6 and Google Play voucher gift-with-purchase offer terms and conditions 2023

This Promotion is operated by Samsung Electronics (UK) Limited (“Promotion”) and is available on purchases and pre-orders of any Samsung Galaxy Watch6 Classic or Samsung Galaxy Watch6 between 12.30 BST on 26/07/2023 and 23:59 BST on 05/09/2023 (“Promotion Period”) from participating retailers.

Eligible customers (legal resident (aged 18+) (“Individual Participant”) of the United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Isle of Man or Republic of Ireland (“Territories”) or a company registered in one of the Territories (“Company Participant”) who purchase any Samsung Watch6 Classic or Watch 6  directly from Three in any channel (“Qualifying Item”) can receive one of either £75 Google Play Gift Code (Watch6 Classic) or £50 Google Play Gift Code (Watch6) respectively (“Promotional Item”) by submitting a valid claim to Promoter via https://samsung-offers.claims/watch6launchofferbetween 04/08/2023 and 05/10/2023. e.g.  Participants may submit a maximum of one (1) Claim per Qualifying Item purchased and four (4) Claims per household; and a maximum ten (10) Claims per Company Participant. Participants will be sent an email to confirm their Claim has been received by the Promoter instantly upon completed entry of a Claim. Please note that processing of Claims received may take up to seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the Claim and Participants will be sent an email to confirm whether their Claim has been successful and validated (“Claim Validation”). After processing, Participants will be sent an approval email containing instructions and method for redemption of their Promotional Item within thirty (30) days of Claim validation, following which a separate code shall be sent to activate the redemption. Promotional Items are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.  In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter may substitute a Promotional Item for equal or greater value of the Promotional Item.
