Xiaomi 12T Pro gift-with-purchase promotion terms and conditions (“Promotion”)

This Promotion is operated by OPIA Limited (registered office at: Priory House Pilgrims Court, Sydenham Road, Guildford, Surrey, England, GU1) on behalf of XIAOMI TECHNOLOGY UK LIMITED (registered office at: 100 Brook Drive, Green Park, Reading, RG2 6UJ, United Kingdom) (“Promoter”) and is available on purchases of a new Xiaomi 12T Pro between 00:01 BST on 20/10/2022 and 23:59 BST on 26/10/2022 (“Promotion Period”) from participating retailers.

Eligible customers (an individual over the age of 18 (an “Individual Participant”) and a legal resident in the United Kingdom, or a company registered in one of the Territories (a “Business Participant”)) who purchase any Xiaomi 12T Pro 128GB or Xiaomi 12T Pro 256GB directly from Three in-store, online or via contact centre (“Qualifying Item”) can receive one gift bundle consisting of a Xiaomi Redmi Pad (128GB Black) plus a £100 prepaid Mastercard (“Promotional Item”) by submitting a valid claim to Promoter via https://www.xiaomipromo.com/autumn  and completing the presented application form with the requested information and submitting any required documents. Claims must be submitted between fourteen (14) and forty-five (45) days after the Participant’s purchase of their Promotion Product (with the date of purchase counting as day 1) (“Claim Period”). 

Participants may make a maximum of one (1) Claim per Promotion Product purchased up to a maximum of three (3) Claims and corresponding Rewards received per Individual Participant or household and eight (8) total Claims and corresponding Rewards per Business Participant, regardless of the number of Promotion Products purchased. Promotional Item and Qualifying Item are subject to availability.

Under no circumstances will Three (or its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies) be liable (unless such liability cannot be lawfully excluded) for any losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in the promotion, redemption process, or any Promotional Item, subscription or product connected with the Promotion and Three excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law for any loss or damage caused to the recipients of such items.
