You can’t use your My3 login details for Three+. You’ll need to register for a new Three+ account by entering your phone number and then choosing a new unique password.

General questions
It doesn’t matter how long you’ve been with us. If you have an eligible Pay Monthly or Pay As You Go plan, then you can access Three+.
We’re currently making Three+ available for Business customers as a phased rollout. You’ll get a notification when you’re able to access the app. We hope to make Three+ available for Mobile Broadband and Home Broadband customers soon.
I’m a business customer, can I register for Three+?
We’ve started making Three+ available for Business customers too. This is a phased rollout and you’ll get a notification (sent by SMS) when you’re able to access the App.
I’m a business account owner, can I give my employees access to Three+?
Yes, all of your end users who have a Three Business SIM (excluding Mobile Broadband and Business Broadband) can register for Three+ and benefit from the available offers.
Please note that we’re currently making Three+ available to Business customers as part of a phased roll out. You’ll get a notification (sent by SMS) when you’re able to access the App.
Yes, the person who uses the phone can register for Three+ as long as they are over 18.
You may want to consider setting them up as an authorised account user. Read more about setting up an authorised contact for your account.
You can only use Three+ if you’re an active Three customer.
Three+ will work on Apple devices running iOS 12 or later. It will work on Android devices running Android 9 or later. And it will work on Huawei devices running EMUI 11 or later. Huawei users can download Three+ from the AppGallery.
Older devices aren’t optimised to run Three+, but we’re working on a desktop app that’ll work on any device.

If you’re on Pay As You Go, you must top up at least £10 every 90 days to access rewards. It’s our way of knowing you’re an active Three customer.
Rewards
Yes, all the offer codes you choose are saved in the ‘My Codes’ area so you can access them quickly and easily. But don’t forget to use them before they expire.
Yes they do. How long a code lasts will depend on the terms and conditions for each reward. Some codes will expire after a set period of time or may be a one-time use code. Some codes will expire at the end of each week, although it is usually possible to get a replacement code to use for the following week.
Some rewards may be shareable. If a reward can be shared, a share feature will appear under the offer code, allowing you to share it via email, SMS, or social media.
If you decide to share a reward code with a friend, you probably won’t be able to use it yourself too. Check the reward’s terms and conditions for more information.
Check their terms and conditions and the expiry date. If you’re still having trouble, contact the brand’s support team first (you’ll be able to find contact details in the offer’s terms) or contact our customer team to look into it further. If you are a Business customer, please contact us here.
Go to ‘My Codes’ on the app, where you can check for it in ‘Available Codes’.
If it’s in ‘Expired Codes’, it can no longer be used.
If you still can’t find the code you’re looking for, please contact our customer team. If the code is still active, the team will resend it. If you are a Business customer, please contact us here.
When you select 'Get Reward', the reward will be automatically saved in ‘My Codes’. A lock symbol will appear to confirm that a Reward Code has been claimed or is no longer available.
To access your Reward Code again, go to ‘My Codes’. It will show in either ‘Available Codes’ or in ‘Expired Codes'.
Some of our reward codes have an expiry date, so it’s important to check the terms and conditions for how long your code will remain valid.

Check you have an internet connection, so your offers can refresh.

Festival presale
Your reward code will give you access to the presale, but stocks and availability are managed by Ticketmaster.
Each presale has a limited number of tickets available for purchase, and they’re sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you’re not able to purchase during the presale, you’ll still have the chance to book tickets during the standard sale period.
During high-traffic periods, the app may experience some congestion.
This could cause some pages to temporarily not load properly.

Prize Draws
No, there is no cash alternative. Prizes are as stated in the Terms and Conditions of the prize draw.
Prize Draw winners will be randomly selected from all qualifying entries on the date set out in the prize draw terms.
We will contact all winners via email to confirm they wish to claim the prize and to provide us with further information related to the prize fulfilment.
Unfortunately you cannot claim the prize after the redemption deadline.
Account Details
The Three+ app might need updating. Check your app store to make sure you’re using the latest version and that there aren’t any pending updates.
If that doesn’t solve the problem, contact our customer team for help.
You can do this in the Settings tab of the Three+ app.
Remember that these settings only apply to Three+. If you want to change your details or marketing preferences for your Three account, then you can do this via the Three app or login to My3 at three.co.uk.
You can enable push notifications in the settings section of the Three+ app. You’ll also need to switch on notifications for the app in your device settings.
No problem, there’s a reset password link on the login page.
We recommend waiting until your number has transferred before registering for Three+. Registering during your switch request might mean that the One Time Password we send doesn’t reach your number. This could cause your registration to fail.
However, if you decide to start the transfer process after you’ve registered for Three+, you won’t have a problem. Your number will change automatically on Three+ and will be reflected in the Settings.
If you change your device, you’ll need to download the Three+ app on your new phone. But you can use the same log-in details that you used before.

If you visit the settings tab in the Three+ app, you’ll be able to change your marketing preferences or opt out of the app completely.

There’s loads on offer, including music, sports, comedy, and live entertainment.
You must be a Three+ member to get access to pre-sale tickets.
Once you’ve registered on Three+ and logged into the app, you can see what’s on pre-sale. Then click ‘Get reward’ on your chosen pre-sale tile. This gives you a unique code which is saved to ‘My codes’.
Note: Codes can only be used for the duration of the offer.
You’ll need to copy your unique code and follow the link from Three+ to the Ticketmaster site.
On the Ticketmaster site, you’ll need to enter your code and select the number of tickets you need before completing the checkout journey.
We’ll have a limited number of codes on the Three+ app which’ll be distributed on a first come, first served basis. We’ll sometimes be able to release additional codes during an existing pre-sale, but customers would need to check throughout the day, and this isn’t guaranteed.
A code doesn’t guarantee a ticket. It’ll give you access to the pre-sale, but the stock and availability is managed by Ticketmaster. Each pre-sale has a limited number of tickets available for purchase, and will be sold on a first come, first served basis.
Yes, if Ticketmaster is offering instalment plans for the event, this option will also be available during the pre-sale period. Any questions about the payment should be directed to Ticketmaster directly on https://help.ticketmaster.co.uk

Three+ gives early access to top UK festivals and events. Early access to different events will come at different points throughout the year. Three+ will only be updated when we're allowed to tell you more about each event, at which time we'll show the pre-sale offer on the Three+ app.
Register for Three+ to make sure you're ready when those tickets go on sale.
Spin of Surprises
If you win in Surprise Spin, your reward code will be available in the My Codes section in the Three+ app – you can check back any time to claim your code. Please follow the instructions in app (in the “Redeeming your prize” section) on how to use your code to redeem your prize..
Once you’ve won a prize in Three+ Surprise Spin, you will have 2 weeks from the end of the relevant game to redeem your prize.
There will be a new Surprise Spin game live once a week from 9th October until 5th November, starting each Monday and ending each Sunday of that week.
Winners are selected at random by computer process – if you haven’t won this week, please try again next week.
It’s a surprise! Each week two brand partners will make available one treat, either of which could be won by a limited number of players that week. Not every spin is a win, but a winning spin will serve up a code from one of the brand partners (determined at random) for you to redeem against their treat.
