All our Pay Monthly and Pay as You Go Plans benefit from Feel at Home in Europe in 49 destinations. On Pay as you Go, you can convert your credit into an Add On or simply use your cash to roam at no extra cost. If you are on one of our Essential Plans, you will pay standard roaming charges in Feel at Home around the World destinations.

What's included?

In Feel at Home in Europe: calls and texts back to the UK and made between our Feel at home in Europe destinations. In Feel at Home Around the World: calls and texts to UK (within allowance).
Calls and texts to UK numbers (within your standard allowance).
Your data usage (within your allowance).
It's always free to receive calls and texts in a Feel At Home destination. Don't forget that when you're calling or texting back to the UK, you'll need to replace the first 0 in the number you're calling or texting with +44.
You'll be able to stream and connect to Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) while in a Feel At Home destination but both of these may be slower than they are in the UK.

What's not included?

In Feel at Home in Europe, usage above 13GB (12GB on Pay as you Go) is subject to a surcharge of up to 0.50p/MB except if you are roaming in the following countries in which case it will be 0.41p/MB:

Aland Islands, French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Mayotte, Reunion, Norway, Switzerland, Gibraltar, Iceland, Liechtenstein.
In Feel At Home Around the World: you can’t use more than 13GB of your data allowance (12GB on PAYG); with all-you-can-eat texts you can send up to 5,000 texts & if you’ve 3,000 + minutes included in your allowance you can use up to 3,000 minutes.
Feel At Home is designed for UK residents who are on holiday or business trips abroad. It is not designed for extended periods abroad–see ‘usage restrictions’ in our support pages.
You can't use your phone as a personal hotspot (tethering) while you're abroad.
You can’t use your minutes allowance to make calls to local or other international numbers, unless you are in one of our Feel at Home in Europe destinations, where calls between European destinations will come from your allowance.
