You don't even have to log-in to top-up your credit, get an Add-on, or even top-up the account of a loved one online. Just pop in the number you want to top-up, pay with a credit or debit card or pop in a voucher code.
Our automated phone line makes topping up quick, easy and convenient. Just dial 444 free from your Three phone, or 07782 333444 if you're using another phone, and follow the instructions. You can pay with a card, or if you have a voucher, just plug in your details. This unfortunately isn't available yet on Mobile Broadband, or our New Pay As You Go tariff.
Top-up by voucher
You don't have to have a debit or credit card to top-up. If you're visiting one of these retailers for your essentials, you can also pay for a top-up voucher. Then, just call us, go online, or use the app and enter your voucher details to get yourself or someone else topped up.
We know that staying connected to loved ones around the world has never been more important for our customers.
That's why we offer all our Pay As You Go customers great value low rates to call international numbers. For some countries you don't need to do anything to get these rates – for others, all you need to do is put a special prefix on the number you're calling. This includes many COVID-19-affected countries both inside and outside the EU.
