Finding your number 

If you’ve forgotten your phone number, or need to track down your Home or Broadband number, it’s easy to find. But where you’ll find it depends on your device.

Where do I find my number on iOS?

To find your number on your iOS device, follow these steps.

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Tap Apps
  3. Tap Phone
  4. Look for My Number

You’ll also find your number on your order confirmation, welcome emails, and bills.


Where do I find my number on Android?

To find your number on your Android device, follow these steps.

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Tap About phone or About device. Some Android versions display your phone number on this screen instead.
  3. If not, look for Phone number

You’ll also find your number on your order confirmation, welcome emails, and bills.


Where do I find my number on My3? 

You can find your number by logging into your My3 account on either your phone or desktop. 

Once you’re logged in, you’ll see your phone number displayed on the dashboard.


Do I have a number for my Home or Mobile Broadband? 

Yes. All Home and Mobile Broadband accounts have a number, since they use our mobile network. 

You’ll need this number to register for My3 and the Three app.


Where do I find my Home Broadband number? 

You’ll find your Home Broadband number on your order confirmation, welcome emails, and bills. If your SIM hasn’t been pre-inserted into your hub, it’ll be on the packaging too.

Depending on your hub model, you may also be able to find your number via the Three app

To find your number on the Three app:

  1. Connect a device to your hub’s Wi-Fi network
  2. Open the Three app
  3. Tap Manage Broadband
  4. Tap I have Three Broadband
  5. Select your hub
  6. Tap I’m connected
  7. Tap Auto setup
  8. Tap Allow
  9. Tap Log in or, if included on your hub, Scan QR code 
  10. Enter the username and password referenced on your hub
  11. Tap Log in
  12. Tap Yes to remember your details for next time
  13. Look for your number under your hub’s signal strength

Where do I find my Mobile Broadband number? 

You’ll find your Mobile Broadband number on your order confirmation, welcome emails, and bills. If your SIM hasn’t been pre-inserted into your hub, it’ll be on the packaging too.

Depending on your hub model, you may also be able to find your mobile broadband number via My3 or the hub dashboard. Find steps for where to locate it below.

My3

If your device is already connected to your hub’s network, you can find your number by logging into the My3 dashboard.

You’ll also be able to check your signal strength here, plus it’s free to use. 

Hub dashboard

To find your number on the hub dashboard, you’ll first need to access it.

To access the hub dashboard:

  1. Connect a device to your hub’s Wi-Fi network
  2. Open the web browser
  3. Enter 192.168.0.1 into the address bar. This is your hub’s default gateway IP address. If you’re blocked by a privacy warning, please ignore and proceed to login.
  4. Enter your hub’s password. You’ll find this on a sticker on your hub. 

To find your number, look next to Voice number on the right of the dashboard.
