To change your registered email address, or address details, please get in touch. We'll run through some quick security questions and update your info.
You can change your contact number and marketing preferences by following the steps below.
The only personal information you can’t change in the Three app or online is your name. If you need to change the name on your account because you’ve married, divorced, or changed your name by Deed Poll, write to us with proof of the name change.
All we need is one of the following pieces of information:

One more thing. When you do write to us, remember to include a cover letter requesting that your name be changed.

You can change your email address in the Three app or by visiting your account.
Remember that this email address will only apply to emails from Three. If you want to change your email for your Three+ account, you need to do this in the Settings tab of the Three+ app.
