If you can’t get a good or reliable 5G signal in your home, our Outdoor Hub can help.
From your house being too far away from a mast to having interference from buildings and tall trees, there are lots of reasons why you can’t get a good 5G signal.
But our 5G Outdoor Hub can hook onto stronger, more distant 5G signals. And it then connects to the eero Wi-Fi router to give you superfast broadband.
When it comes to positioning your Outdoor Hub, there are 4 options – you may need to experiment with different positions to get the best performance.
We usually recommend attaching the hub to your property somewhere up high, where it’ll get better reach and avoid obstructions. The best position is normally close to an upstairs window, ideally one that faces in the direction of your nearest phone mast.
But test different places. For more information about setting up your Outdoor Hub, check out our installation guide pdf
