How to claim

To process your claim, you’ll need to attach a copy of your final bill from your old provider. This needs to show that you were charged leaving fees, also known as early termination charges or exit fees,

  • The leaving fees, also known as early termination charges or exit fees, you were charged

We'll send you an email to confirm if your claim has been successful, or we might get in touch if we need any extra information.

If your claim is successful, we'll credit your Three Bill - up to £200. This can take up to 30 days to show on your bill.

    Where do I submit the final bill from my previous broadband provider?

    After 14 days, complete this form and attach the final bill from your old UK broadband provider. You should complete this within 90 days of your Three Broadband start date. 

    What do I include in the email when submitting my final bill from my previous broadband provider?

    Please include the contact number on your Three account, and your account number. You can find this on your Three Home Broadband bill. Don’t forget to attach the final bill from your previous broadband provider, too. Please note that your address on your bill must match the address on your Three account.

    When should I submit my final bill?

    Please submit your final bill from 14 days after you activate your Three Home Broadband contract, and within 90 days after your contract start date.

    How do I get my final bill from my previous broadband provider?

    Your final bill may have been emailed to you from your previous provider. It may take a few weeks for this to arrive. You could also contact them and ask for a copy, or you may be able to download the bill from your online account.

    Who is eligible for this offer?

    This offer is available to anyone who takes out a new 24-month 4G or 5G Home Broadband contract. The offer is available from 14 February 2025. The offer is not available on 1-month 4G or 5G Home Broadband contracts. You’ll need to be a new customer, or an existing customer adding home broadband to your existing services. Your final bill must be from a UK broadband provider.

    How long will it take for my credit to be applied?

    We’ll apply your credit within 30 days of you submitting your final bill.

    How will I know my credit has been applied?

    We’ll email you to confirm once the credit has been applied to your account.

    Where will the credit be applied?  

    The credit will be applied to your Three account. The credit will not be refunded into your bank account.
