How do 1 year SIMs work?
Our 1 year SIM Only plan gives you access to our network for 12 months. After that, if you’re happy with it, you can renew your contract or upgrade to a 24 month SIM plan, or a plan with a device.
You can keep your existing number
Moving your number across to Three is simple. You’ll need a PAC or STAC code from your current provider, and then it’s just a case of sending a text. Find out how to switch to Three.

Our 12 month – or 1 year – SIM Only plans mean you can connect to our network for a year, which gives you great value without having a super-long contract.
No, our 12 month SIM plans don’t automatically cancel, but they don’t automatically renew either. Unless you opt into another 12 month or upgrade to a 24 month contract, you’ll be moved to a rolling 1 month contract with Three.
No, after the 12 months is up, your plan won’t automatically be renewed for another 1 year SIM plan. You’ll be moved to a rolling 1 month contract with Three until you either cancel or opt for another 12 month or 24 month SIM Only plan.
12 month SIM Only contracts mean you can access Three’s super-fast network for a year. You can customise your plan by choosing the amount of data you’d like per month, and you can also get extras like Paramount+ and roaming with our Value and Complete plans on Three Your Way.
Once the 12 months have come to an end, you can either renew your 12 month plan, or upgrade to a 24-month contract, or a plan with a device. Otherwise, you’ll be moved to a rolling 1 month contract.
