Where can I use a Three SIM?
You can use a Three SIM in any unlocked 4G or 5G phone, tablet, or Mobile Broadband device. We can also provide you with an eSIM if you would prefer.
Do you offer Pay Monthly and Pay As You Go SIMs?
Yes – we have 1, 12, and 24-month Pay Monthly SIM contracts for phones and Mobile Broadband devices. We also have Pay As You Go SIMs.

I didn’t get my device from Three – can I use a Three SIM?
Yes, but you’ll need to check that your device is compatible and unlocked. You can check this on our device support page. Need a different sized SIM? You can order a replacement physical SIM by:
- Logging into My3
- Contacting us
- Visiting a Three store with valid photo ID, such as a driver’s license or passport
Do I need to activate my Three SIM?
You may need to activate your SIM if:
- You’re new to Three and bought your contract from somewhere other than a Three store or three.co.uk – find out how to activate your SIM
- You’re already on Three but have upgraded – find out about using your SIM after upgrading
