    • call 333 from a Three phone or 0333 338 1001 from any other phone.
  • For other device bills:

    • call 500 from a Three phone or 0333 338 1003 from any other phone.

Standard rates apply. Our lines are open 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 6pm at the weekend.

If you don’t pay your bill or get in touch with us, you might find your services have been restricted.

As a last resort we may also:

  • Close your account
  • Add a cancellation fee
  • Pass your details to a debt collection agency
  • Provide information about this overdue payment to credit reference agencies
