Topping up your data

Our Pay As You Go Mobile Broadband works like any other Pay As You Go plan. Top up with data and you’re good to go. You can buy Top-up Vouchers in-store, top up via My3, or top up on the Three Pay As You Go app.

Set up your new device

Visit our device support guides to learn how to set up your new device. Devices bought from other networks may be locked. If your device is locked, please contact your old provider to unlock it.

Your dashboard

Our handy dashboard lets you easily manage your Mobile Broadband device. With it, you can check signal strength, find your Three number, and more. Plus, accessing it won’t use any of your data.

Using your device abroad

Go Roam is included as part of all of our mobile broadband plans, and lets you unlock your UK allowances in 71 destinations worldwide. You need to pay a daily roaming charge to unlock your UK allowances for 24 hours in Go Roam destinations. It’s £2 in Go Roam in Europe, and £5 in Go Roam Around the World destinations. Fair use policies apply.
