Can you make an insurance claim?

There are 2 types of cover with Three Rescue™.

Damage Cover includes cracked screens, accidental or liquid damage.

Full Cover adds loss or theft, in case your device is ever misplaced or stolen.

Just to let you know, from 1 October 2018, we’ll no longer offer Full Cover, so if you purchased your insurance on or after this date, you’ll be getting Damage Cover insurance instead.

Remember that if your phone has stopped working and it's less than 2 years old, you might not need to make an insurance claim. Your device may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

* Next day delivery in mainland Great Britain only for claims completed before 8.30pm Monday to Friday, or 2.30pm on weekends. Excluding Bank Holidays. Any replacement device you receive may be refurbished to ‘as new’ standard, using original equipment manufacturer parts. If you think we're late please let us know and if we have missed our delivery promise, we'll give you £20, credited to your bank account within 30 days.
