You need to register for a new Three+ account. Your existing password for My3 won’t work.
You’ll need to enter your phone number and then choose a new unique password.
It doesn’t matter how long you’ve been with us. If you have an eligible Pay Monthly or Pay As You Go plan, then you can access Three+.
The Three+ rewards app runs on Apple devices running iOS 12 or later, Android devices running Android 9 or later, and Huawei devices running EMUI 11 or later. Huawei users can download Three+ from the AppGallery.
Not got a compatible device? You can now access Three+ via any web browser.
You need to have an active Three account to access your rewards.
But please note that you can't use your My3 log in details for Three+. You’ll need to register for a new Three+ account by entering your phone number and then choosing a new unique password.
If you’re on Pay As You Go, you must top up at least £10 every 90 days to access rewards. If you’ve just topped up, you’ll be able to access Three+ in 24 hours.
