Your first payment
Your first bill will be with you within 10 days. If you’ve bought both a device and an Airtime plan from us, then 2 direct debit payments will be taken from your account every month. They’re totally separate. One’s for the device, the other is for the Airtime plan. This a set amount each month that you pay for a certain allowance of minutes, texts & data. These vary in different amounts according to how much your plan is.
Also, it’s good to know that you’ll get a monthly bill for your Airtime plan, but just an annual statement for your device payments.
Activate your eSIM
If you’ve chosen a device with an eSIM, you need to activate it before you can get up and running. Don’t worry, it’s really easy.
